What youll do:
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide exceptional support
  • Troubleshoot technical issues with our coffee machines, ensuring quick and effective solutions
  • Act as a storyteller, sharing our brand’s values and building strong relationships with clients
  • Collaborate with international teams and contribute to improving customer satisfaction
What we expect:
  • Fluency in Czech or Slovak (C1 level) and English (B2 level)
  • Availability to work in the modern comfortable office in Katowice 
  • Openness and willingness to understand and meet customer needs
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and technical attitude
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • A positive attitude and passion for delivering outstanding service
